We invite you to participate in this monthly serving opportunity. On the last Sunday of each month, we will distribute lists after each service. Each list will indicate the community partner, mission, or ministry that we have prayerfully chosen to support.

Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas

Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to sending care packages to our servicemen and women stationed in the most remote and dangerous locations worldwide. Their mission is to support American troops serving abroad in harm's way by supplying them with goodies, essentials, and comforts from home. These packages, along with thoughts and prayers, remind them that we, at home, care for and support them, ensuring they are not forgotten.

Airborne Angel Cadets send care packages year-round to troops from all 50 states and in all branches of the U.S. military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard). Their efforts focus on troops on the front lines and in remote areas such as Iraq, Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Southwest Asia.

 

Every gift is greatly appreciated by American Soldiers, Airmen, Marines, and Sailors overseas. Basic toiletries, food products, socks, and other daily living items are often hard to find at many military outposts. The simplest items (lip balm, suntan lotion, batteries, coffee, deodorant, air fresheners, snacks, candy, baby wipes, razors, etc.) brighten the lives of soldiers, providing a little reminder of love and support from home. It is also remarkable how many American soldiers request items to give to local kids, families, and community organizations (schools, etc.).

WAYS TO PRAY

  • Pray for the safety of our servicemen and women, especially those stationed in remote and dangerous locations.
  • Pray for their safe return home.
  • Please pray for the support needed to continue sending care packages to our soldiers.

Please note: It’s important to donate the correct sizes so items can be easily packed into the care packages which will be shipped overseas.

  • Solid antiperspirant/deodorant for both men & women - no aerosol cans, please.
