Individuals on the Student Leadership Team will:

• Be intentionally and regularly discipled by our staff and volunteers
• Engage in monthly group equipping sessions after church on Sunday
• Befriend new or isolated students. Help them get plugged in. Follow up.
• Promote our anchor outreach events (Paint War, Impact, One Night One Name)

• Come early to help set-up and pray for our Sunday and Wednesday programming
• Begin discipling younger students
• Be given opportunities to explore ministry focuses (worship, missions, teaching, etc.)
• Be strongly considered for internships or residencies after graduation
