Christmas Tea - Table Hostess info Meeting

Thank you for your interest in being a table hostess for the upcoming WM Christmas Tea in December! This meeting is for any ladies interested in hosting, decorating, or teaming up with other ladies to host/decorate a table at this event. At this meeting we'll share information and answer your questions regarding:

  • Overall plan, program, and setup "vision" 
  • Decoration and/or hosting requirements
  • Supplies/decor/provisions provided by RPWM
  • Supplies/decor required from hostesses
  • Registration process and plan
  • Programming and schedule information

This is a FIRST for our ministry! So be sure to come to this meeting armed with all your questions. Our plan is to open up table hostess registration immediately following this meeting on 6/13/26. So please make every effort to join us!

NOTE: Christmas Tea participant registration will open 8/1/26 for ALL ladies at RPC and throughout the community. We anticipate this event will sell out; we do have some overflow ideas in place for making a way to host as many ladies as possible (so start your list of ladies to invite).
